The late Dr. Jón Bragi Barjason PHD was a professor of biochemistry at the University of Iceland and one of the world´s leading enzymologists. The diverse marine life of Iceland’s abundant sea waters inspired Dr Bragi to scientifically explore marine enzymes.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Otherwise, our cancellation charges are as follows: 1-2 days prior is 50% charged . Less than 24 hours prior is 100% charged.
