At Hotel Grímsborgir, meetings and events are hosted in a warm and versatile setting surrounded by natural beauty. Our well-equipped event spaces are suitable for conferences, business meetings, weddings, and private celebrations, with flexible layouts for both small and large gatherings. With modern facilities, on-site catering, and capacity for up to 180 seated guests, Hotel Grímsborgir offers a comfortable and well-organised environment for memorable events.

Main Banquet Hall
The main banquet hall at Hótel Grímsborgir is the restaurant, accompanied by an additional hall that can be used separately or combined to host larger events. The main hall seats up to 180 guests and is a popular choice for wedding receptions and celebrations, featuring a central island ideal for buffet or food setups, a bar, and a cozy seating area with a fireplace. The space also offers abundant natural light and direct access from the main building.
The adjacent hall provides added flexibility and can be divided into two smaller rooms, making the venues suitable for presentations, workshops, weddings, and social gatherings. With adaptable layouts, on-site services, and a calm countryside setting, the spaces can be tailored to a wide range of event needs.
The Gallery Hall
The Gallery House is a separate event space located in its own building, offering a private setting away from the main hotel. With panoramic windows and views of the surrounding landscape, it is ideal for meetings, conferences, and smaller events, seating up to 60 people. The venue is well equipped and includes a dedicated refreshment area with a refrigerator and coffee station. The building also features 10 Gallery Suites, making it well suited for smaller groups combining accommodation with meetings or private events.
